Do you accept insurance?
No. We do not accept insurance because we are not licensed mental heatlth therapists. We are Board Certified Biblical Counselors. However, we are a 501c3 non-profit organization, and because of our donors, we are able to keep our rates reasonable.
Do you ever meet clients in-person?
No. We offer 100% fully virtual services.
How long do counseling sessions last?
Counseling sessions typically last 50 minutes to an hour, depending on the needs of the couple or individual.
Do I have to be married to be able to schedule a session?
No.
If my spouse doesn't want to join me, can I still schedule a session for myself?
Absolutely. We meet with many individuals who desire to grow in their marriage.
What is the process if I would like to set up a session?
You can contact us by phone, email, or by our website messaging system, and inform us you would like to schedule a session. We will then respond back by confirming your request and send you the link to complete an intake form prior to your first session. Once the intake form has been completed and received, we will contact you for scheduling. Upon scheduling we will then send you a Zoom invite to confirm your session.
